Accessibility Statement
Effective
Everyone should be able to learn about High Level Admins and book a call with us. We design and test highleveladmins.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
1. What We’ve Built In
- Every page we build works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link
- Pages use real headings, landmarks, and labels, so screen readers announce them in a sensible order
- Text and controls meet WCAG AA color contrast
- Animations stop when your device asks for reduced motion, and the scrolling industry list has a pause button
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives, and decorative images stay hidden from screen readers
- Pages reflow to 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling
2. How We Test
We test every page with automated checks (axe-core), keyboard-only navigation, and a review of what screen readers receive through the browser’s accessibility tree. We test again whenever we change a page. We last reviewed the site on October 12, 2026.
3. Conformance Status
The pages we build conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA in our testing. We don’t control the third-party content below, so the site as a whole is partially conformant.
4. Known Limitations
- The booking calendar on our Book a Call page is a HighLevel tool we don’t control. If it gives you trouble, email hello@highleveladmins.com with “Booking” in the subject and a few times that work, and we’ll book the call for you.
- Links to other sites, such as HighLevel’s help center, lead to pages whose accessibility those sites control
5. Feedback and Help
If something on our site is hard to use, email hello@highleveladmins.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Tell us the page and what happened. We respond within 2 US business days, and we can send any of our content in another format on request.
