These terms cover text messages from High Level Admins, a trade name of JayBen LLC.
1. What We Send
When you book a call or contact us about our services and agree to receive texts, we send messages about your appointment, such as confirmations and reminders, and replies to your inquiry. Clients also receive texts about their services. We send marketing texts only to people who separately agree to receive them.
2. How You Opt In
You opt in by checking the consent box when you book a call, by texting us first, or by giving us written consent. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
3. Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, so check your mobile plan.
4. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. Replies such as QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT work too, and so does an email asking us to stop. We send 1 message confirming you’re unsubscribed, then nothing more. Reply START to subscribe again. Opting out of texts doesn’t cancel an appointment or a client engagement.
5. Help
Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@highleveladmins.com.
6. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and the account holder of the mobile number you give us, or have the account holder’s permission.
8. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle all personal information.
