How Do I Move From ClickFunnels to GoHighLevel?
Short answer
HighLevel’s importer copies ClickFunnels pages into a HighLevel funnel 1 step at a time, using each page’s live link. Contacts and products move over by CSV. Courses, Membership Areas, store funnels, email sequences, and payment connections have to be rebuilt by hand.
Checked against HighLevel’s help center on . HighLevel updates its interface often, so match the labels you see on screen.
| What you’re moving | How it moves |
|---|---|
| Funnel pages | HighLevel’s importer, 1 page at a time |
| Contacts | Export a CSV from ClickFunnels, then import it into HighLevel |
| Products | Export a CSV, then use Payments, then Products, then Import as CSV |
| Payment gateways | Connect Stripe under Payments, then Integrations, or set up NMI or Authorize.net |
| Courses and Membership Areas | Rebuild in Memberships |
| Store funnels | Rebuild, then run a test purchase |
| Email workflows and broadcasts | Rebuild as HighLevel workflows and email campaigns |
Before you start, HighLevel’s guide says to write down each funnel page’s URL, tracking codes, forms, payment gateways, and custom CSS.
Import funnel pages
- 1In the sub-account, go to Sites, then Funnels and click New Funnel
- 2Name the funnel and click Create Funnel
- 3Click Add New Step
- 4Enter the page name and path, paste the page’s live ClickFunnels link, tick the confirm box, and click Create Funnel Step
- 5Repeat for each page in the funnel
Use the live link
HighLevel says to paste the published, live page link, not a share link. The importer works only inside funnels and brings over standard pages like opt-in, sales, and thank-you pages.
What the importer skips
Membership Areas don’t come over with a funnel, so rebuild them in Memberships. HighLevel’s changelog lists ClickFunnels 2.0 import as a beta that brings over text, images, video, and buttons, and it names these elements as unsupported:
- Flex Sections and Rows
- Icons, video popups, and audio
- Blogs and posts
- Countdown timers, checkouts, nav menus, and progress bars
Test before you switch
Check that learners can open each rebuilt course and that completion tracking works. Then run a full test purchase to confirm that checkout, upsells, and downsells all work in HighLevel.
