How Do I Connect GoHighLevel to Zapier?
Short answer
Use the LeadConnector app in Zapier, which is HighLevel’s official app under another name. Add LeadConnector as a Zap’s trigger, click Sign In, log in with your HighLevel email and password, and choose the sub-account. You don’t need an API key.
Checked against HighLevel’s help center on . HighLevel updates its interface often, so match the labels you see on screen.
Connect a sub-account
- 1In Zapier, click Create, then Zaps
- 2Click the Trigger block and select LeadConnector
- 3Pick a trigger event, such as Pipeline Stage Changed
- 4Under Account, click Sign In
- 5Log in on the LeadConnector screen with your HighLevel email and password
- 6Select the sub-account to connect. LeadConnector then shows under Accounts in the Zap.
Each connection reaches 1 sub-account. To use another, add a new LeadConnector connection, select that sub-account, and switch the account in your Zaps. To disconnect, open App Connections in Zapier, click ••• next to LeadConnector, and choose Delete.

Once an agency turns on premium triggers and actions, each sub-account gets 100 free premium executions, and executions after that carry a charge. HighLevel can’t give you a static IP to allowlist, so Custom Webhook calls rely on header-based auth.
Duplicate contacts from Zaps
Zapier submissions follow the Allow Duplicate Contacts setting under Settings, then Business Profile. Turn it off so a matching email or phone updates the existing contact instead of creating a new one.
