What Is the GoHighLevel AI Employee?

Prices are in USD and apply to each enabled sub-account. Anything marked unlimited falls under HighLevel’s fair use policy.
How usage is billed
- Once a Growth allowance runs out, extra usage bills at pay-per-use rates
- The AI Usage Limit setting decides what happens then. “Keep AI running, just notify” lets AI continue, and “Block AI at the limit” stops it.
- Phone System charges apply to every Voice AI call, even on Unlimited
- Pay-per-use Voice AI costs $0.045 a minute for the Voice Engine, plus a per-minute TTS rate and LLM tokens. Speech-to-speech models use 1 flat rate instead, $0.10 a minute on Gemini or $0.20 a minute on OpenAI.
- Ask AI and AI Studio limits reset every 5 hours on both plans
- Workflow AI Builder, Funnel AI, and Email AI are free on every plan within fair use. Premium Workflow AI actions, such as Decision Maker, cost $0.01 per execution.
What the main tools do
Conversation AI handles lead conversations on messaging channels, from answering questions to booking appointments. On the phone side, Voice AI answers inbound calls and places outbound ones. For multi-step CRM tasks that run on a trigger, HighLevel recommends Managed Agents over Agent Studio when you build a new agent.
Agent Studio isn’t in any plan
Agent Studio stays pay-per-use on Growth and Unlimited. For agency users who need only Ask AI and AI Studio while moving between sub-accounts, HighLevel sells a separate AI Agency Assistant plan at $20 per user a month.
