How an account is organized
A HighLevel account has 2 levels. The Agency View is where agency users manage system-wide settings, the Marketplace, and HighLevel support. A sub-account, also called an Account or Location, is where users run the CRM, build funnels and websites, and set up booking widgets. Most features live at the sub-account level.
HighLevel, GoHighLevel, GHL, and LeadConnector
These names all point to the same platform. HighLevel is the product name, and the company runs as HighLevel LLC, a subsidiary of GoHighLevel Inc., at gohighlevel.com. HighLevel’s help center shortens the name to GHL in its own article titles. Its glossary uses LeadConnector for the CRM and for built-in services such as LeadConnector (LC) Email and LC Phone.
