Does GoHighLevel Have a Mobile App?

Short answer

Yes. HighLevel has a free mobile app for iPhone and Android, published as LeadConnector and also as HighLevel. Download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play and log in with the same credentials you use on the web.

Checked against HighLevel’s help center on . HighLevel updates its interface often, so match the labels you see on screen.

Get the app

  1. 1In your sub-account, open the Mobile App section
  2. 2Open the App Store or Google Play link on your phone and install the app
  3. 3Log in with the same credentials you use for HighLevel on your computer
  4. 4To bring your team in, select them under Team and click Send Invites

Some agencies use a branded version of the app under their own name. If yours does, install that app and log in the same way.

What you can do on mobile

  • Reply to conversations and get notifications
  • Check your calendar and appointments
  • Look up and manage contacts
  • Take Point of Sale payments
  • Search conversations, contacts, and opportunities from a single search bar
  • Use Ask AI to draft posts, update records, and create images, if you’re an agency admin

Ask AI on mobile can’t work with Blogs or Funnels, so use the web app for those. The modules you see depend on your user role and your account’s plan, and HighLevel says to check both in the web app when a module is missing.

The redesigned app

HighLevel rebuilt the app with a home screen that shows tasks due, pipeline value, unread messages, and today’s appointments, plus up to 4 pinned apps, 8 quick actions, and a true-black dark mode. It’s a Labs feature, so an agency admin turns it on under Agency Settings, then Labs, then Subaccounts with the “A New Mobile App Experience” toggle and then picks the sub-accounts that get it.

There’s a desktop app too

HighLevel and LeadConnector also publish desktop apps for macOS, Windows, and Linux. Click Sign In, finish logging in through your web browser, and the app opens to your account.
