Every plan includes unlimited contacts, unlimited users, 24/7 support, and all core features, and annual billing costs the same as 10 months. Each higher plan adds features, including basic API access on Unlimited and advanced API access on Agency Pro. An Enterprise plan with custom pricing is available through HighLevel’s enterprise team.
How many sub-accounts you can have
Starter allows 3 sub-accounts, which HighLevel suggests for a single business owner or a new agency. Unlimited and Agency Pro allow as many sub-accounts as you need for the same price. You can upgrade at any time and pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the month.
What costs extra
Your plan covers the software. Usage is paid from a prepaid Agency Wallet, which HighLevel refills from your card on file when the balance drops below your minimum. These are HighLevel’s US and Canada rates:

Calls are billed in full minutes, rounded up. AI plans don’t cover phone charges, so Voice AI calls still pay the call rate. Optional add-ons cost extra too, such as HIPAA compliance at $297 a month.
