How Do I Cancel GoHighLevel?
Short answer
Go to Agency Settings, then Billing, click “Want to modify/cancel your subscription?”, then choose Show More, then Cancel Plan and finish the prompts. Sub-accounts lose access right away, phone numbers are deleted after 14 days, and everything else is deleted after 90 days unless you reactivate.

Cancel the agency subscription
- 1Go to Agency Settings and click Billing
- 2Click “Want to modify/cancel your subscription?”
- 3Click Show More in the pop-up, then select Cancel Plan
- 4Choose your reason for cancellation and click Next
- 5Review the data loss warning and click “I am sure I want to cancel”
- 6Write at least 30 words of feedback and click Submit
If you bought access through another agency, contact that agency’s admin, because HighLevel can’t cancel an account another agency manages. HighLevel bills in advance, and refund requests go to its Billing team at billing@gohighlevel.com for review.
Cancel a free trial
The 14-day free trial turns into a paid plan when it ends unless you cancel first. HighLevel says you can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and usage fees for phone and other third-party services can still apply during the trial.
What happens after you cancel
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Right away | Sub-accounts lose access to contacts, conversations, calendars, and funnels. Workflows stop, and add-on subscriptions end. |
| First 14 days | Phone numbers stay, and you keep paying for them |
| Day 14 | Phone numbers and A2P registrations are deleted for good |
| Within 90 days | Reactivate to get your account and data back |
| After 90 days | The agency, its sub-accounts, and all data are deleted, with no backups |
Export contacts, conversations, appointments, funnels, invoices, products, and courses before you cancel. To have your data deleted sooner than 90 days, HighLevel takes requests through its Data Deletion Request Form.
Pause instead of canceling
The Pause Account plan costs $27 a month and keeps contacts, conversations, opportunities, workflows, funnels, snapshots, and payment records. Choose Pause Account on the same “Want to Modify/Cancel Your Subscription?” screen. While paused, nobody can log in, published funnels and workflows move to draft, and Marketplace subscriptions end. Phone numbers and A2P registrations are still deleted after 14 days, and domain renewals through HighLevel fail, so those domains can expire.
