How Do I Find My Relationship Number in GoHighLevel?

Short answer

Switch to Agency View and go to Settings, then Company, where the Relationship Number sits under Company Data with a copy icon. Only Agency Owners and Agency Admins can see it, because it identifies the whole agency.

Checked against HighLevel’s help center on . HighLevel updates its interface often, so match the labels you see on screen.

  1. 1Click the Sub-Account Switcher in the top left and choose Switch to Agency View
  2. 2Click Settings at the bottom left of the menu
  3. 3Select Company
  4. 4Find Relationship Number under Company Data and click the copy icon next to it

The number has 7 digits in the format X-XXX-XXX. Agency admins can also click the blue question mark in the top right of HighLevel, where the Relationship Number shows with your agency details.

Who can see it

Only Agency Owners and Agency Admins have permission to view the Relationship Number. If you’re a sub-account user or an agency user without admin rights, ask an owner or admin to copy it for you. If you can open more than 1 agency, switch to the right Agency View first, because each agency has its own number.

When you need it

  • HighLevel’s phone support asks for it, along with your agency login email
  • The Billing team asks for it on refund requests and disputed charges
  • Sending a sub-account to another agency requires that agency’s number
  • HighLevel’s Support, Services, Customer Success, and Product teams use it to find your account

Relationship Number vs. Location ID

The Relationship Number identifies your agency, while a Location ID identifies a single sub-account. When support asks for an ID, give the type it names.
