A login error that says “Web server is returning an Unknown Error” needs the site data cleared. In Chrome, right-click the page, choose Inspect, open the Application tab, select Storage in the left menu, and click Clear Site Data.

If it’s still broken

Open the page where the problem happens, right-click, choose Inspect, and open the Console tab. Take a screenshot of the error message and attach it to a support ticket so HighLevel’s team can see what failed.
