How Do I Connect Facebook Lead Forms to GoHighLevel?

Short answer

Connect the Facebook card under Settings, then Integrations in the sub-account, pick your Page, and map each lead form’s fields. The “Facebook Lead Form Submitted” workflow trigger then acts on every new lead.

Checked against HighLevel’s help center on . HighLevel updates its interface often, so match the labels you see on screen.

Before you start

You need admin access to both the Facebook Page and its Business Manager. Only the person who connects a Page can see it in HighLevel.

Connect and map

  1. 1Open Settings, then Integrations in the sub-account.
  2. 2Click Connect on the Facebook card and approve every permission, especially leads.
  3. 3Select the Page and choose All Leads or New Leads Only.
  4. 4Click Connect and Continue.
  5. 5Under Facebook Form Field Mapping, map each form’s fields. A blue tick marks a mapped form.

Create any custom fields in HighLevel first so they show up for mapping, and leave field names alone in Facebook afterward. Renaming them can break the mapping.

Trigger a workflow

In Automation, then Workflows, add the Facebook Lead Form Submitted trigger and filter by Page and form. Without filters, it fires for every form on every connected Page.

When leads stop arriving

  • Open the Facebook card’s Troubleshoot screen to see missing permissions and run Sync Leads.
  • In Meta Business Settings, go to Integrations, then Leads Access and assign LeadConnector.
  • Got an email that the connection expired? Disconnect and reconnect the Page.
  • Test with Meta’s Lead Ads Testing Tool using fresh contact details.
