How Do I Connect Stripe to GoHighLevel?

Connect Stripe

1. 1In the sub-account, go to Payments → , then Integrations
2. 2Find Stripe and click Connect or Connect with Stripe
3. 3Log in to Stripe, or create a Stripe account from the prompts
4. 4Review the request and authorize HighLevel
5. 5Back in Payments → , then Integrations, confirm Stripe shows as connected
6. 6Click Manage, then Manage Payment Methods, to choose the payment methods each product area offers

Payments made in Stripe before you connect don’t appear in HighLevel. Import From Stripe brings in recurring prices only, and only from Live mode, so create non-recurring products in HighLevel.

Test mode and live mode

• Stripe Test Mode runs payments through your checkout without charging real cards
• Payment methods are set separately for Test and Live, so confirm which mode is selected before you launch
• Under Payments → , then Integrations → , then Configure Providers, toggle Live or Test and pick the provider for each channel
• The Subscriptions settings in Manage Payment Methods appear only after you add at least 1 subscription product in Live Mode

What Stripe powers

Stripe processes payments for invoices, invoice auto payments, payment links, funnel order forms, forms, stores, calendars, courses, communities, and subscriptions. A checkout can offer PayPal plus 1 other provider, so Stripe works alongside PayPal but not alongside NMI or another non-PayPal provider.
