How Do I Get GoHighLevel Certified?
Short answer
Enroll in HighLevel’s Certified Admin program for $97 a month or $970 a year, complete the training, and pass the Live Proctor exam. HighLevel says the course takes 7 to 10 days, and it’s a separate subscription from your HighLevel plan.

Certified Admins get a listing in the HighLevel Certified Directory, a private community, certified support, and freelance jobs open only to certified professionals. The directory listing is optional.
How to enroll

certifications and choose the monthly or annual plan - 2Watch for the welcome emails after payment. They explain how to reach the private community that hosts the coursework.
- 3Work through the Certified Admin training, which uses hands-on, real-world tasks
- 4Pass the exams, including the Live Proctor exam, to earn your HighLevel Admin Badge
The coursework lives in that private community, not in HighLevel University. Your HighLevel subscription doesn’t include certification, so you enroll in it separately.
Specialized badges
Once you hold the Certified Admin badge, you can add feature badges, including A2P Compliance, AI Employee, HIPAA Compliance, Paid Ads, Social Media Manager, Course Creator, Automated Swag Store, and Quick Wins.
Keeping it active
- Earn at least 2 more skills badges each year to stay certified
- If your HighLevel subscription ends, your certification goes inactive and your name leaves the directory
- Cancel the certification subscription and re-enroll within 90 days, and you keep your status without retaking the Live Proctor exam. After 90 days, you take it again.
