Does GoHighLevel Have a Dialer?

How the power dialer works

Add a Manual Action To Call step to a workflow and assign it to a user or round robin. Each contact the workflow enrolls becomes a call task under Conversations → , then Manual Actions. Reps click Let’s Start on a task, and the dialer opens as they work through the queue.

Call recording and voicemail drops

Recording and the “This call will be recorded for quality purposes” announcement are set for each number under Settings → , then Phone System → , then Phone Numbers → , then Edit Configuration. HighLevel advises against removing the announcement until you confirm your recording meets the consent rules that apply to you.

Voicemail drops need an LC Phone or Twilio number, an MP3 or WAV file at 64 kbps, and consent for prerecorded calls. Delivery depends on the recipient’s carrier and isn’t guaranteed, so test with your own phone first.

Call tracking numbers

A number pool shows each visitor a tracking number based on where they came from, so calls tie back to the campaign. Each pool holds at least 4 numbers, each billed like a regular number, and calls forward to an outside number instead of an LC Phone or Twilio number. Paste the pool’s snippet into your funnel or website tracking code, then see the source under Reporting → , then Call Report. To see the search keyword too, add ?keyword={keyword} to the ad’s URL in Google Ads.
