How Do I Set Up GoHighLevel?

Why A2P comes early

US businesses that send texts from 10-digit local numbers have to register an A2P Brand and an A2P Campaign. The Brand must be approved before you can register the Campaign and start sending, so begin right after you buy the number. Use the exact legal business name and Tax ID from your tax documents, because small mismatches cause delays or rejection, and know that an EIN issued in the last 15 days can be rejected.

Finish the email setup

HighLevel recommends a dedicated sending domain for better inbox placement and sender reputation. Add the DNS records HighLevel shows you at your registrar and click Verify Records. Then open the 3-dot menu → , then Set Headers and enter your From Name and From Email.

Use LaunchPad if you have it

Some new accounts see LaunchPad in the sub-account’s left menu. It groups these same tasks with short videos and click-by-click tours, and it marks each task complete when you finish. The current rollout covers agencies that joined HighLevel after launch, and half of eligible customers get it during the test.
